What we handle
Customs, immigration and border filings
Border formalities are filed before the aircraft leaves the previous stop, not on arrival. We prepare the declarations, submit them to the right system, and arrange for the authorities to meet the aircraft where the routing requires it.
What we do
Every item, handled by a named coordinator
- 01General declarations prepared and filed in the format each state requires.
- 02Crew and passenger manifests, with the passport and nationality detail the destination actually checks.
- 03Advance passenger information filed into the destination's system, including eAPIS for the United States and equivalent schemes elsewhere.
- 04Agriculture, health and biosecurity notices where the destination requires them.
- 05Customs and border officers arranged to meet the aircraft where the field does not staff continuously.
- 06Visa and entry requirement checks by passenger nationality before departure rather than at the counter.
What we need from you
- Full passport details for every crew member and passenger.
- Nationality for each, which is what actually drives the requirement.
- Arrival and departure times and the previous and next stops.
- Anything being carried that needs declaring, including catering, spares and firearms.
LEAD TIME
Most filings have fixed notice periods measured in hours rather than days, and they are enforced. We file as soon as we have the passenger details, which is why we ask for them early.
WHAT GOES WRONG
Border filings are the most common cause of a delayed departure on an otherwise well-planned trip, because the notice period is absolute and the passenger list changes late. New Zealand biosecurity and United States advance passenger information are the two that catch operators most often.
