What we handle
Diversions and AOG support
This is the service the rest exists for. When a trip breaks in the air, the alternate needs a slot, a permit, handling, customs and hotels, and it needs them before the aircraft lands rather than after.
What we do
Every item, handled by a named coordinator
- 01New slot, permit and handling ready at the alternate while the aircraft is still airborne.
- 02Customs and immigration filed for a destination nobody planned to enter.
- 03Crew and passenger hotels and transport rebooked, at whatever hour it happens.
- 04AOG parts located, cleared through customs and moved to the aircraft.
- 05Maintenance providers found and coordinated at fields where the operator has no relationship.
- 06Onward routing replanned and refiled, including the permits the new route needs.
What we need from you
- A phone call. Everything else we already hold from the original trip.
LEAD TIME
Immediately. The desk is staffed around the clock across three time zones, and a diversion is the reason it is staffed that way rather than a call-out rota.
WHAT GOES WRONG
The risk is a desk that is not answering. Everything in a diversion is time-critical and sequential: the permit gates the plan, the plan gates the departure, and the hotel gates the crew's duty the next day.
Where
Diversions and AOG, wherever the trip goes
We run this at any airport the trip needs. A few of the ones we are asked for most:

Urgent movements go to the phone or WhatsApp. Everything else, send it here and a coordinator picks it up.
