Two questions come up on nearly every first call: how long the permits take, and who is actually supposed to meet the aircraft. These are the answers, written out once so we can send a link instead of repeating them.
Everything here is written from what we file and what we run, not from a competitor’s version of it. If a question you have is not answered, the ops desk is on the phone rather than behind a form.
