Overflight and landing permits

Filed with each civil aviation authority on the route, tracked to the permit number, and chased when the authority goes quiet.

Airport slots and PPR

Slot requests at coordinated airports, prior permission where the field needs it, confirmed in writing before you file.

Ground handling

Every stop agreed and priced before arrival. The turnaround, the crew, the passengers and the bags, ordered against the aircraft rather than the field's default.

Fuel arrangements

Contract and retail fuel released ahead of arrival, a price before you commit, and the uplift confirmed after.

Customs and immigration

General declarations, crew and passenger manifests, APIS and agriculture notices filed before the aircraft leaves the previous stop.

Crew and passenger logistics

Hotels, cars and drivers booked against the schedule, and rebooked when the diversion lands at 2am.

Catering

Ordered from local kitchens and named restaurants, delivered on the turn, against the dietary notes held on file per tail.

Parking and hangarage

Overnight and long-stay space requested against slot and stand availability, secured before the aircraft is committed to the stop.

Diversions and AOG

When the plan breaks, a new slot, permit and handling ready at the alternate while the aircraft is still in the air.
