What we handle

Aircraft parking and hangarage

Parking is the constraint that decides more business aviation trips than slots do, and it is requested separately from the slot at almost every field. We secure it before the aircraft is committed to the stop.

What we do

Every item, handled by a named coordinator

  • 01Overnight and long-stay parking requested at the field, against the actual length of stay.
  • 02Hangar space where weather, security or the aircraft's own requirements call for it.
  • 03Early warning when a field will not take the stay, and a costed repositioning plan when it will not.
  • 04Coordination with the slot request, since a slot without parking is not a usable stop.
  • 05Rebooking when the trip extends, which at a constrained field means requesting again rather than amending.
  • 06De-icing and winter storage arranged where the season requires it.

What we need from you

  • Aircraft type, registration and dimensions.
  • Arrival and departure dates, including whether the stay might extend.
  • Whether hangarage is required or preferred.
  • Security requirements, if any.

LEAD TIME

Ordinary weeks are same day. Ibiza in August, Aspen at Christmas, Geneva in Davos week and Hong Kong most of the year are allocated far in advance and cannot be conjured.

WHAT GOES WRONG

The failure mode is being accepted for the arrival but not the stay, which forces an unplanned repositioning leg. It costs fuel, crew duty and often a second handling fee, and it is entirely predictable a week earlier.

Where

Parking and hangarage, wherever the trip goes

We run this at any airport the trip needs. A few of the ones we are asked for most:

Get moving

Tell us about the trip.

Urgent movements go to the phone or WhatsApp. Everything else, send it here and a coordinator picks it up.
