What we handle
Flight planning and ATC filing
A flight plan is not a form, it is a set of trade-offs between distance, wind, overflight charges and the airspace you are allowed to cross today. We build the plan against all four, file it with the relevant ATC authority, and refile when something moves.
What we do
Every item, handled by a named coordinator
- 01Route options costed against overflight and navigation charges, not just great-circle distance.
- 02Computerised flight plan with fuel figures, alternates and the payload the route actually supports.
- 03ICAO flight plan filed with the correct authority for each leg of the trip.
- 04NOTAM and airspace briefing, including closures and restricted areas that move week to week.
- 05Weather packages at departure, en route, destination and alternates.
- 06Refiling when the schedule slips, the routing changes or an airspace closure lands mid-trip.
What we need from you
- Tail number, aircraft type and registration.
- Route, dates and intended times.
- Crew names and licence details.
- Passenger count and approximate load.
- Any operator or insurance route restrictions we should plan around.
LEAD TIME
A plan for a straightforward European or domestic leg can be built and filed the same day. Long-haul routings that cross permit-controlled airspace are limited by the permits rather than the plan, so the two get started together.
WHAT GOES WRONG
Filing late is not usually the failure. Filing a route that assumed an airspace was open, or that ignored a permit that had not come back yet, is. That is why the plan is built alongside the permits and the slots rather than in isolation from them.
Where
Flight planning, wherever the trip goes
We run this at any airport the trip needs. A few of the ones we are asked for most:

Urgent movements go to the phone or WhatsApp. Everything else, send it here and a coordinator picks it up.
