What we handle
Airport slots and prior permission
At a coordinated airport the slot is the trip. Without it you have a flight plan to somewhere that will not accept you. We request the slot, get the prior permission where the field needs it separately, and confirm both in writing before you file.
What we do
Every item, handled by a named coordinator
- 01Arrival and departure slot requests at coordinated airports.
- 02Prior permission requests at fields that require it independently of a slot.
- 03Parking and stand allocation, which at most business aviation fields is a separate request from the slot and the one that actually gets refused.
- 04Written confirmation of every slot and PPR before the plan is filed.
- 05Slot changes when the schedule moves, including the ones that need requesting again from scratch.
- 06Honest advice about which fields will not take the trip, and which alternate will.
What we need from you
- Aircraft type and registration.
- Requested arrival and departure times, and how much flexibility there is around them.
- Length of stay, which drives the parking request.
- Passenger count, which some fields use to allocate facilities.
LEAD TIME
Ordinary weeks at most fields are same day or next day. Event weeks are a different exercise entirely: Davos in January, the Paris Air Show, Formula One weekends and Christmas at the ski fields are allocated well in advance and a late request simply does not get in.
WHAT GOES WRONG
The common failure is a confirmed slot with no parking behind it. The aircraft is accepted, lands, and is then required to drop and reposition. That means an unplanned leg, unplanned fuel and a crew duty problem.
Where
Airport slots and PPR, wherever the trip goes
We run this at any airport the trip needs. A few of the ones we are asked for most:

Urgent movements go to the phone or WhatsApp. Everything else, send it here and a coordinator picks it up.
